Mark your calendars, folks! Seattle Presents free concerts will return for the summer, beginning July 11 and running through Aug. 29. The outdoor performances will take place noon to 1:30 p.m. every Thursday on City Hall’s outdoor plaza, 600 Fourth Ave.
