The event is 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 23 at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center, West Room, 104 17th Ave. S.The Central District signal box project is part of the SDOT Art Plan and is funded by SDOT 1% for Art dollars.
