2023 CityArtist Awardees

The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture selected 25 artists for the 2023 CityArtist program, investing $182,000 in artists working in Seattle. The CityArtist program supports Seattle-based individual artists/curators in the research, development, and presentation of their work. The 2023 cycle received 90 proposals from dancers/choreographers, musicians/composers, or theater-makers (including playwrights). To best serve the needs of the diverse artistic community eligible disciplines rotate every program cycle.
