In honor of International Women’s Day, the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture has compiled a collection of artworks on Emuseum featuring art made and contributed to by women. This collection of 1,365 artworks includes sculpture, mixed media, paintings, photographs, drawings, videos, and permanently sited artworks. 

Some highlights include artworks by Humaira Abid, Doris Chase, Diem Chau, Barbara Earl Thomas, Margaret Ford, Lois Graham, Mary Henry, Fay Jones, C. Davida Ingram, Gwen Knight, Hanako O’Leary, Mary Ann Peters, Susan Point, Mary Randlett, Betye Saar, and Cappy Thompson.
