Puget Sound arts, cultural and scientific organizations generated $1.9 billion in business activity in 2009, according to a study released today by ArtsFund. The study shows that nearly 360 organizations supported some 32,520 jobs and $882 million in labor income. Patrons spent $712 million, with tickets accounting for $222 million.
