Enjoy Seattle’s longer, brighter days through art and culture

Seattle, WA – Head over to Pioneer Square on Saturday, June 20 for LONGEST DAY, a communally-minded, season-inspired Solstice party. Live music, Samba workshops, all-ages art activities, and pop-ups will keep you buzzing all day.

“Arts and culture animate our neighborhoods,” said Amy Nguyen, Director of the Office of Arts & Culture. “It’s a non-game day and we hope you spend some of it to welcome the Solstice with us.”

A mix of scheduled and drop-in activities will connect and delight you. Live music and dance from Hawaii, Tahiti, and the South Pacific by Sunshine from Polynesia, Samba lessons by Deise Costa/Brazilian Swag, make Solstice Intention Candles with Goddexx, cool down with free ice cream, and much more.

Visit LONGEST DAY for a full list of activities and be sure to RSVP to this free event. LONGEST DAY is Saturday, June 20, 2-6 PM on the King Street Station Plaza, 303 S Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98104.
