Thursday is Bastille Day. Celebrate during your lunch break at City Hall with the French café music of Rouge! This band of international touring musicians gives classic popular French songs passionate and playful twists. Think Pink Martini meets Edith Piaf in Seattle for a triple espresso! Click here to watch Rouge perform Edith Piaf’s La Foule.
The performance, from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the City Hall plaza, is part of Seattle Presents, the free concert series at City Hall presented by the Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs.
Performances take place every Thursday in July and August and are presented in partnership with Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union, Metropolitan Improvement District, Seattle Parks and Recreation and Triamp Group.
If it rains, the concert will move inside the City Hall lobby and conclude at 1 p.m.
