The third annual City of Music Honors will be held Oct. 5 at The Triple Door. The Seattle Music Commission is seeking your nominations for each of the event’s three honors: The Award for Outstanding Achievement, the Breakthrough Award and the Impact Award.

To submit your nominations, read up on the nomination criteria here and email the city’s Office of Film and Music with your suggestions by Wednesday, March 2.
