Travel back to the roaring ’20s as this delightful vintage quartet, dressed in period clothing, plays tunes fit for flappers dancing in a glitzy underground speakeasy. Miss Rose & Her Rhythm Percolators are led by singer Sunga Rose, who croons and strums a ukulele while the Percolators keep time and knock out solos.

This free Seattle Presents concert takes place from 12 to 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 16 inside Seattle City Hall.
