The Seattle Arts Commission welcomes Ashraf Hasham as the new Get Engaged commissioner

Ashraf HashamAshraf Hasham is the Deputy Director of TeenTix, a revolutionary arts access and youth empowerment organization as well as the House Manager of On the Boards. After growing up in Seattle and graduating from Ballard High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration from Wagner College in New York City. Hasham previously worked in the Development/External Relations office at the Henry Art Gallery, and can be seen in the wild on various dancefloors, arts events, and live music venues around the city.

Seattle Arts Commission’s Get Engaged program is dedicated to advocating for youth voice in city affairs and to cultivating local leaders, especially those who have had limited opportunities to be involved in their community.
