Last Call: Artist to develop artwork for King Street Station, deadline is TONIGHT!

We’re seeking an artist or artist team to create a temporary, site-specific public art project for the new Jackson Street Plaza at King Street Station in Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood. The application deadline is 11 p.m., Wednesday, April 27.

The temporary artwork will enliven the space and offer passersby a new and energized view of the historic train station. The call is open to artists living in Washington; Oregon; Idaho; Montana; California; Alaska; or British Columbia, Canada. The budget for the project is $35,000, all-inclusive.
