For those of you who love mysteries, Seattle arts organizations, and winning, get ready – because Emerald City Search is about to begin. Emerald City Search is the 5th annual citywide search for a hidden medallion, and this year’s theme is 40 Years of Bumbershoot (it’s one of the “40 Ways To Celebrate 40 Years of Bumbershoot”).

To commemorate Bumbershoot’s 40th birthday, a grand prize worth $6,000 has been created with participation from such organizations as SIFF, Northwest Film Forum, Seattle Symphony, Jazz Alley, The Triple Door, Neumos, Showbox, City Arts Fest, Vera and STG.
